Job summary

You will evaluate customer needs, provide pricing information, process orders, and coordinate deliveries. Preferred candidates have 1+ years in related roles, a HS diploma, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Strong computer skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience preferred
• HS diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers
• Inform customer of prices, shipping dates, and delays
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts
• Process orders and ensure correct handling, pricing, and shipping data
• Follow-up with customers as needed
• Assume other duties as assigned
