Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals for a Parts Handler role in our production yard or warehouse. You will safely maneuver around the yard, locate and retrieve parts, package items for delivery, and handle related paperwork.

You will use a forklift or order picker as needed and ensure parts are tagged and tracked accurately. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of automotive parts, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Working knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver around yard or warehouse and retrieve parts.
• Package parts for delivery or prep orders.
• Handle paperwork associated with parts and pull work orders.
• Operate forklift or order picker as directed.
• Tag parts correctly for destination and communicate with Sales/Dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area; follow procedures.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
