Watsonville Ford is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. You will deliver automotive parts to wholesale and retail customers, assist with shipping, receiving, and stock organization, and keep our delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained.

The role emphasizes accurate records, professional customer interaction, and support for parts department operations in a fast-paced Ford dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be willing to undergo Motor Vehicle Report background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport parts and materials to customers, shops, and other dealerships.
• Pick up returns, cores, and payments while maintaining accurate records.
• Stage, load, and organize parts orders for delivery.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, bin checks, and stock organization.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and perform basic upkeep checks.
• Maintain professionalism as the face of the company when interacting with customers.
• Support parts department operations by helping with counter or warehouse duties as needed.
• Manage warranty parts held for return and scrap or return as directed.
