Ed Morse Automotive Group in Illinois is hiring an Automotive Warehouse Dispatcher to join our fast-paced parts distribution team. The role focuses on coordinating delivery routes, assisting with truck loading, and serving as the communication hub between sales, warehouse and drivers to keep deliveries moving.

You will manage routing, track inventory, and adapt plans to traffic or customer changes while upholding safety and efficiency in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse roles.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Minimum age 21.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with loading trucks.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery routes for drivers and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with loading delivery trucks and stock location.
• Serve as communication hub between sales, warehouse and delivery fleet.
• Track parts inventory and communicate with warehouse team.
• Adjust routes based on traffic and customer changes.
• Maintain records of deliveries and driver reports.
