Retail sales associates assist with product selection, provide expert advice, and contribute to a positive shopping experience in a high-volume environment. You will engage customers, maintain organized inventory, and support store operations while following safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive expertise.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves; follow POS procedures.
• Follow company safety policies and use PPE to keep a safe workplace.
• Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions in AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from vehicles and suggest solutions.
