Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries using fleet handheld devices and capture customer signatures, update mileage, and complete daily inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily vehicle inspections prior to operation.
• Keep delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and monies secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slip.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or accidents to store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock vehicles at end of day.
• Clock in/out according to policy.
• Assist customers or serve as cashier and help with merchandising tasks as needed.
