Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver in the United States to support both commercial and DIY customers with safe, timely parts delivery. You’ll drive company-provided vehicles, handle loading/unloading, and ensure accurate route execution while delivering WOW! service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, physical ability to lift items, a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations with respect to time and accuracy, following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving/work environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; report issues with delivery vehicles promptly.
