Job summary

DeKalb Health is seeking a full-time Store Delivery Driver, Automotive to deliver parts to a predetermined group of customers. You will be friendly and courteous, work well with others, and ensure timely deliveries in accordance with federal, state, local laws and company policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a satisfactory MVR, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders accurately to customers via driving a vehicle
• Pick up cores and returns from customers, and properly process credits for customers
• Handle/report customer problems to the Store or Warehouse Manager
• Must report to work in a continuous timely manner
• Provide basic vehicle care and maintenance
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record which meets underwriting standards
• Assist in special projects as requested
