Auto-Wares Group of Companies in Livonia, MI is hiring a full-time local stocker/delivery driver with a company vehicle. The role supports customer service, stocking, and learning counter basics while advancing through training opportunities.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, pass a physical & drug screen, and can lift up to 50 pounds; automotive interest is preferred. This is a local, customer-facing position with day shift.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts accurately and safely.
• Maintain professional store communications with customers.

• Operate delivery system for top service.
• Notify manager of issues with customers.

Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Auto Value Livonia 2 - Livonia, MI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $13.73 - $14.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Our Auto Value store of Livonia #2, MI is currently seeking a person for a Full -Time local Non-CDL stocker/delivery driver position. This is a customer service position with many training opportunities for career advancement. A company vehicle is provided for this position. This position includes stocking and learning basic counter help as well. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Description

Company Store Delivery Drivers are the backbone of all store activity. They are out on the road building up professional, long lasting relationships and communications with our Customers. By delivering each part correctly, safely and in a timely manner; you show our customers that Service is the Difference!

Responsibilities Include:

• Handle yourself as a professional, set an example
• Good store communications with customer service follow-up
• Lift Merchandise up to 50 pounds with both hands for deliveries
• Record and process Customer returns
• Familiarity with local area roadways
• Always tell the customer what you can do for them
• Work with delivery system for top notch service
• Notify manager of any problems with customers
• Store appearance (clean & organized)
• Help train less experienced team members.
• Keep management informed of competition
