Job summary

Crossroads Ford Of Indian Trail Inc. is seeking a delivery associate to load, transport, and drop off automotive parts to customers following a defined schedule. The role includes collecting payments or purchase orders when needed and organizing daily receipts for the parts manager.

You will assist in the loading area, maintain mileage logs, and ensure the delivery vehicle remains clean and well-maintained. Adherence to safety policies and company values is essential.

Qualifications

• One year automotive experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Load parts on truck for that day's deliveries.
• Deliver parts to customers according to delivery schedule.
• Collect payment for delivered goods or obtain purchase order when applicable.
• Organize documentation and receipts at end of day for parts manager.
• Assist in loading area and stock room as needed.
• Maintain an accurate mileage log for all deliveries.
• Responsible for cleanliness of delivery vehicle and that vehicle maintenance is performed regularly.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
