Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise as needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Experience in automotive retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
