EasyCare Recruiting in Staunton, VA is seeking a reliable parts counter person with at least 2 years of dealership warehouse experience. You will purchase, sell, store and issue parts in a busy dealership, and you must be skilled at ordering parts and maintaining inventory while delivering excellent customer service to staff and customers.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years dealership warehouse experience and/or training.
• Compensation is based on experience.

Responsabilités

• Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts.
• Record warranty parts returned.
• Create special ordered parts on dealership system and notify staff upon receipt.
• Review special order parts tracking.
• Process and close open invoices.
• Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quantities.
• Keep records of outside purchases and parts issued.
• Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory.
• Attend weekly department meetings.
