Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Parts Counter Sales Associate, located at Napleton KIA of Carmel, to liaise with customers and promote sale of parts, labor, and accessories. You will greet customers, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate parts stocking and documentation.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of automotive parts experience, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive parts.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds.
• Automotive knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.
• 18 years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
• Establish a method of payment.
• Handle parts telephone inquiries regarding parts purchase.
• Distribute parts to service technicians.
• Accept warranty parts and cores for return and process related documents.
• Identify related parts needed on repair jobs and advise accordingly.
• Maintain parts in correct locations and bins; keep area clean.
