McCarthy Auto Group is seeking a Parts Counter Person who will handle client orders and assist the sales team. You will be responsible for processing inbound calls and online orders, contributing to team dynamics, and reporting directly to management.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and generate client orders.
• Process online e-commerce orders.
• Assist outside sales team with product information.
• Report to Sales and Operations managers.
