Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our Mansfield, PA area team. You will assist customers with parts selections, pull parts from stock, and coordinate orders for delivery or pickup.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience or related work, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within our 21-store network.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts retail or service environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to quote prices and assist customers with parts selections.
• Experience supporting service techs and outside sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting required parts and suggest companion items.
• Pull parts from stock and arrange emergency orders if needed.
• Answer phones, provide pricing quotes and information.
• Help service technicians and outside sales with orders.
• Set up daily orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
