The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Counter Salesperson for our BMW operation in Lancaster, PA. You will be the first contact for customers at the parts pick‑up window and assist service technicians and walk‑in customers with parts and accessories purchases.

Training is provided, with opportunities to learn inventory control, stocking and pulling parts, and occasionally delivering parts to customers. Faulkner emphasizes growth and career development.

Formación

• Applicants must be at least 18 and have a clean, valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to understand manufacturers specifications.

Responsabilidades

As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you are the first point of contact for individuals approaching the parts pick-up window! You will assist the service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories. In addition to working as a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will receive training on inventory control, stocking and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom. Additionally, you may deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership!
