Job summary

You will assist technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts by sourcing parts, providing price quotes, and processing orders. The role requires proficiency with parts catalog software, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; a valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with computer systems (parts catalog software) is essential.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts in sourcing parts, providing price quotes, and recommending companion parts to boost sales.
• Locate parts, pull orders from stock, and process special orders for items not in inventory.
• Assist with daily inventory replenishment, organize stock, and record lost sales to optimize inventory levels.
• Create accurate invoices, process payments, handle returns, and update repair orders.
• Use computer software and electronic parts catalogs to identify parts accurately.
