Richmond Mitsubishi - South is seeking an Automotive Parts Associate to support our busy parts center. You are a mechanically inclined automotive professional with strong management and communication skills who will negotiate pricing and balance supply and demand.

The role requires organizing inventory, tracking sales and repairs, and maintaining warranty information while contributing to promotions to boost sales. Prior parts knowledge and customer service strength are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in auto repair or auto parts sales.
• Strong customer service, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of automotive parts and industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent inventory levels of parts to ensure auto repairs and sales can move forward without delay.
• Record and track auto parts sales and repair work.
• Maintain auto parts warranty information.
• Hire and manage auto parts department employees.
• Provide assistance, when necessary, with promotions or marketing efforts to increase sales.
