Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to deliver WOW! Customer Service and assist customers with automotive parts and solutions. You will help customers select products, keep the store well-stocked, and support sales metrics through friendly, expert guidance.

The role emphasizes communication in English (Spanish a plus), teamwork, and safety. ASE certification and prior automotive retail experience are beneficial. A flexible schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 16+ to apply.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Automotive retail experience is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! Customer Service and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions.
• Support team and maintain a safe, productive store environment.
