Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to repair dents and dings on various vehicles at customer sites or assigned locations. No prior experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided.

You will travel to client locations, review work with customers, and build lasting relationships while promoting our services. Excellent earning potential with commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base! What You’ll Do

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
