Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks an Automotive Painter at our Phoenix center to perform all-purpose paint duties, including tint preparation, color matching, and proper application, followed by reassembly and quality checks. You will work to ensure OEM-standard processes throughout painting, curing, and finishing.

The position requires 3+ years of paint operations experience in a collision center and may prefer an Auto Body or ASE refinishing certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read instructions, estimates and work orders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints.
• Ensure OEM standards for application sequence, timing and materials usage.
• Apply top coating and curing and reassemble any disassembled components.
