Job summary

Caliber is seeking an Automotive Painter at our Fort Worth – West service center to perform all-purpose paint duties. You will prepare color tint to match paints, mix colors, and ensure OEM standards for application sequence, timing and materials usage.

Requirements include 3+ years in paint operations in a collision center, with Auto Body or ASE refinishing cert preferred. Strong reading of estimates and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints.
• Ensure formulations, top coating and curing meet OEM standards.
• Reassemble post-paint disassembly and return vehicle to body tech.
