Automotive Paint Tech Assistant - South Tampa

Base pay range: $150.00/daily - $150.00/daily

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 90 days

Responsibilities

• Traveling to dealerships for on-site cosmetic repair.
• Assisting in inspecting vehicles to be painted for repair.
• Assisting in prepping and/or buffing defects.
• Assisting in mixing paint to specific color using standard formulas or color charts.
• Assisting in painting, sanding, masking, blending and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license & legal employment verification.
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers.
• Detail-oriented.
• Active listener and exercises sound judgment.
• Good multi-tasker.
• Ability to follow complex instructions (plus).
• Ample knowledge of safety precautions.

Work Environment

• Work with strong detergents and chemicals.
• Time spent working outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Willing to wear gloves and eye/ear protection.
