Job summary

REV Group is seeking a Painter to join our team in Florida. This role involves preparing products for paint, sanding/masking, and final inspection to ensure high-quality finishes.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of automotive paint experience and be able to operate DA sanders, grinders, buffers, and other hand tools, with strong attention to detail and English communication.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum 1 year experience in automotive paint application.
• Ability to use DA sanders, air grinders, buffers and similar tools.
• Ability to use common hand tools.
• Attention to detail and practices that lead to an acceptable paint finish.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in English

What a day in the life of a Painter at REV looks like:

• Prep product for final paint application
• Sanding and/or masking product for final Painting application

Required education, skills and experiences to be successful:

• Preferred minimum 1 year experience in automotive paint application (Akzo Nobel – Sikkens preferred)
• Ability to use DA sanders, air grinders, buffers and similar tools.
• Ability to use common hand tools
• Attention to detail and practices that lead to an acceptable paint finish.
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in English
