Bobby Rahal Automotive Group is offering an Automotive Paint Protectant Film Apprentice/Assistant position at our Mechanicsburg location. The role provides hands-on training alongside our skilled PPF Technician, starting with vehicle prep and advancing to plotting, cutting film, and final installation.

The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license, be on their feet during shifts, and show motivation to learn a new craft in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, squat, reach, turn and perform repetitive motions.
• Positive attitude and motivation to learn a new craft.

Responsibilities

• Learn vehicle preparation before installation and assist with wrapping film.
• Gain fluency with PPF equipment, plotting and cutting film.
• Assist the PPF Technician with applying film to vehicles.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: Starting at $16.00 an hour, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, you will work alongside our highly skilled Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician and experience hands-on training. You will start with learning vehicle preparation before installation, and in time become flient with PPF equipment, plotting and cutting film. You will assist our PPF Technician with adhering film to learn the craft of PPF installation.
