Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the workflow of vehicle reconditioning operations at our Virginia location. You will manage tasks outdoors, track progress with Smart Sheets, and serve as the main liaison between Dent Wizard, dealership staff, and customers.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Order necessary parts and ensure availability for scheduled work.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealership.
• Interact professionally with dealership customers as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
• Ensure tools are in good working condition.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies at all times.
• Communicate feedback, issues and solutions to management.
• Promote a positive and respectful work culture through collaboration and professionalism.

Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the workflow of vehicle reconditioning operations, ensuring all vehicles-new and used-are completed within expected delivery timelines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors while managing tasks using Smart Sheets. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact between Dent Wizard, dealership staff, and customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand and walk throughout the lot.
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds (hand tools).
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in moderate noise levels and outdoor conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for logging and tracking all workflow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer.
• Coordination of repair activities with service drive staff.
• Order parts as required.
• Ensure final inspection meets desired standard.
• Manage all billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealer.
• Interact with dealer’s customers as required.
• Provide and maintain safe working environment.
• Maintain any tools in good working condition.
• Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
• Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.
• Exhibit, promote and foster a positive attitude through cooperation with other employees, and a willingness to openly discuss issues with supervisor/management and respectful attitude toward the company.

Basic Qualifications

• Capable of working a digital camera and literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• A professional appearance at all times.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $24.36-$28.00/hour

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. Sign on bonus is subject to state and local laws, terms and conditions, including employment status and length-of-service requirements.
