Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass is seeking a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform glass replacement and repair duties, conduct customer pre/post inspections, and document work orders on a mobile device. The role includes removing/installing trim and interior parts without damage, and prioritizing daily tasks.

Ideal candidates will be able to pass screenings, be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with opportunities for overtime and ongoing training through

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Replace automotive glass following quality standards.
• Perform repairs on damaged glass when possible.
• Complete pre- and post-inspections with the customer; document repair orders on a mobile device.
• Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damage.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Auto Glass has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards and ability to perform repairs on damaged glass, complete a pre and post inspection with customer, may utilize various tools and scanning equipment, complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device, ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging, effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks

• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWNLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
