Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform various duties, including but not limited to applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound calls related to the Autel scanning unit, and conducting research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.

Compensation

Our Mobile Diagnostic Technicians can earn up to $114,000 per year.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience as a Diagnostic Technician; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain the proper tools to complete job duties successfully

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Provide personable and friendly customer service to internal and external clients
