Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Automotive ADAS Technician in Missouri to join a dedicated team focused on customer safety and high‑quality repairs. The role emphasizes testing, ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and effective communication with shop staff.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in automotive/electronic tech, knowledge of OE tools, and the ability to service A/C systems. Expect a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or GED equivalence.
• 4+ years relevant automotive/electronic technician experience.
• Knowledge of OE scan tools and wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service A/C systems and perform diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repair.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis.
• Performs wiring repairs.
• Advises shop of needed repairs.
• Keeps inventory of stock and verifies order receipts.
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manner.
• Maintains shop equipment and supplies; coordinates with management.
• Collaborates with teammates to schedule/complete jobs.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repair
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis
• Performs wiring repairs
• Advises shop of needed repairs
• Keeps inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices
• Collects signature or payment for work performed
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manner
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshoots breakdowns; maintains supplies; performs preventative maintenance; advises management of repairs; keeps Google Drive up to date
• Collaborates with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs
• Other duties, as assigned

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of OE scan tools
• Ability to learn new tools as needed
• Knowledge of wiring repair procedures
• Ability to service A/C systems
• Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade
• Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systems
• Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications and the like
• Must possess high school degree or GED equivalent
• 4+ years relevant automotive/electronic technician experience required

Compensation Details

Pay Range: $60,000 - $95,000 / Annually (hourly pay, eligible for overtime). Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Schedule

Full-Time Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm
