Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Automotive ADAS Technician in Marietta, GA to perform vehicle testing, diagnostics, wiring repairs, and invoice processing. You will work as part of a team, interacting with customers and ensuring accurate service reporting.

Responsibilities include ADAS calibrations, diagnostic testing, inventory management, and collaboration with shop staff to schedule and complete jobs. A strong emphasis on ASE-like skills and ongoing learning is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OE scan tools required.
• Ability to learn new tools as needed.
• Knowledge of wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service A/C systems.
• Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade.
• Basic computer knowledge including email, spreadsheets, and messaging systems.
• Willing to update knowledge by educational materials and publications.
• Must possess high school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repair.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis.
• Performs wiring repairs.
• Advises shop of needed repairs.
• Keeps inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts.
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
• Collects signature or payment for work performed.
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manner.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshoots breakdowns; maintains supplies; performs preventative maintenance; advises management of repairs; keeps Google Drive up to date.
• Collaborates with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs.

The Automotive ADAS Technician’sprimary responsibility and accountability comprises customer interaction, vehicle testing and repair, invoice generation, inventory control, and service vehicle maintenance. The Automotive ADAS Technician works in alignment with all team members and is committed to being a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group at all times.

Compensation Details

• Pay Range: $60,000 - $95,000 / Annually (hourly pay, eligible for overtime). _ Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. _

• Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm
