Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Diagnose and repair complex engine and transmission issues using diagnostic tools.
• Work with teams in high‑energy shop environments to meet daily service goals.
• Assist in the onboarding of new technicians when assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment.
• Experience ranging from entry‑level to ASE‑certified technicians.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, high‑performance shop culture.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and passion for automotive technology.

Required Certifications & Knowledge (preferred)

• ASE Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Brakes, Electrical, and Performance certifications.
• State certifications for engine repair, engine tuning, front end/suspension, brakes, transmissions, electrical systems, HVAC, and pre‑1973 high‑GVW vehicles.
• Experience with EV/ADAS systems is a plus.
