Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics to join our Wilmington area team. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a variety of maintenance and repair services to keep customers safely on the road. Responsibilities include brakes, suspension, tire work, oil changes, inspections, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have personal tools to perform automotive repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicles and perform maintenance and repair services.
• Handle undercar work including brakes, suspension, and steering components.
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and replace worn parts.
• Complete state inspections where applicable and balance/mount tires.
• Uphold Mavis quality, safety, and customer service standards.
