Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring full-time Automotive Mechanics to join our team in the Frederick, MD area. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts, and tires, while completing state inspections and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Must possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicles and perform a wide range of undercar repairs (brakes, struts, shocks).
• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and replace worn parts.
• Complete state inspections as required.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while servicing customers’ vehicles.
