Pep Boys is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at our Fishers, IN locations. This full-time role offers competitive weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

As part of the Mavis family, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair a range of automotive systems, with training and advancement opportunities in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience and/or training.
• Must bring personal tools to perform automotive repairs.
• Preferred: ASE Certifications and state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspension, and steering.
• Diagnose vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Perform oil and filter changes and check fluids.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and complete state inspections where applicable.
• Mount, rotate, and balance tires; maintain safety and quality standards.
