• Pre-Sale Prep: Complete tune-ups, change fluids or filters, and replace worn parts or dead batteries.

Job Summary

Company seeking Automotive Mechanic to join their team. Must have a valid driver's license in order to move cars on lot. As an auto mechanic, duties will include inspect, diagnose, and perform mechanical repairs on wholesale vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards. Must have at least 1 year of automotive mechanic experience (just changing oil doesn't meet the requirements). Must have the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy items and working in varied weather conditions. Pay starts at $20.00 hour but could be more depending on experience. Shift is Mon-Thurs...8am to 5pm and Friday....8am-4pm.

Core Responsibilities

• Vehicle Inspections: Test and inspect incoming vehicles against industry standards (such as NAAA guidelines) for mechanical, engine, transmission, and structural issues.
• Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform minor diagnostic tests and fix mechanical problems (brakes, suspension, ignition, fluid leaks) so vehicles are operational for sale day.
• Pre-Sale Prep: Complete tune-ups, change fluids or filters, and replace worn parts or dead batteries.
