Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair braking, suspension, engine, electrical, HVAC, and emissions systems.
• Explain vehicle issues to customers in plain terms.
• Keep bay organized and workflow efficient.
• Follow safety protocols and assist other techs as needed.
• Keep ASE certifications current and stay updated on repair techniques.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Troubleshoot and repair braking, suspension, engine, electrical, HVAC, and emissions systems
• Walk customers through what's going on with their vehicle in plain terms
• Keep your bay organized and your workflow moving efficiently
• Follow shop safety protocols and company standards at all timesMentor or assist fellow techs when extra hands are needed
• Keep certifications current and stay sharp on new repair techniques

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience as a certified mechanic/technician
• 4 current ASE certifications: Brakes and Steering/Suspension are required, plus two more from A1, A6, A7, A8, or L1 (bonus points for extras)
• Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including some weekends and holidays

On the Physical Side:

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and reach throughout your shift
• Capable of operating vehicles and using basic computer/service software
