Job summary

Tire Pros in Holly Ridge, NC is seeking a Lead Automotive Service Technician to identify vehicle service needs and perform repairs, service and maintenance. Growth opportunities and a performance-based pay structure accompany the role.

Applicants should have 5+ years in automotive tech with knowledge of shop equipment and diagnostic tools. Must hold a valid NC driver’s license and demonstrate strong reading comprehension. ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Full Time, Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:30pm, Must have extensive knowledge of automotive gas and diesel engines. Pay based on Experience, We pay on a performance based flat rate tier system. Your income based on your knowledge and performance. (50,000.00 to 125,000.00) Paid Vacation, Closed Major Holidays, Medical Insurance, Retirement Plan, and Uniforms. Must have own tools, and room for Growth.

Job Summary

• Preferred Experience:
  • ASE certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
