Job summary

Ciocca Kia/Subaru of Ewing is seeking a Master Technician to join our energetic, driven team. Immediate openings, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, and opportunities to grow within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

We offer hourly flat rate pay with yearly earning potential of $100K-$150K, an air conditioned shop, full-time hours, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, paid training and certification, tuition reimbursement, and clear pathways for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Repair vehicle systems: engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C.
• Provide time estimates for repairs.
• Perform repairs under warranty to manufacturer specs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required

• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
