Midas Vineland is seeking a skilled Automotive Master Technician to join our Vineland, NJ shop. This on-site role focuses on advanced diagnostics and complex repairs across multiple makes and models, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician certification preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Proficient with computerized diagnostic tools and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Execute complex engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations.
• Utilize diagnostic scan tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Mentor and support junior technicians and service staff.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume shop environment
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team‑first attitude
