Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. in Lubbock, TX is seeking an ASE Master Automotive Technician / Master Technician with shop foreman responsibilities.

This is a full-time position in a busy, long-standing family-owned shop, offering a five-day work week, a frill-free atmosphere, and opportunities for training and advancement. Compensation is highly competitive, with pay ranging from $60.00 to $80.00 per hour, plus paid vacation and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current or renewable certifications required.
• Commitment to continuing education through online and classroom learning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Parts/Service personnel and deliver 5-star customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality automotive repairs and diagnostics.
• Lead shop floor as foreman and mentor technicians.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with timely, accurate service and communication.

Current or renewable certifications required. Must be willing to commit to
continuing education through Free online and classroom learning. Must be
able to follow instructions, have a positive attitude and work well with others. Must be able to communicate effective with Parts/Service Personnel. Must be able to
produce satisfied customers with second-to-none 5-star customer service.
