Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Master Scheduler with automotive manufacturing experience to lead scheduling, BOM maintenance, and delivery coordination for existing programs and new product launches, ensuring timely parts, materials and transportation.

Ideal candidates will have strong MRP/ERP skills, superb time management, and the ability to prioritize competing demands while driving continuous improvements in cost, safety and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have recent experience in an Automotive Manufacturing plant.
• Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• PC software skills with strong MRP/ERP knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent time management and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer releases and monitor changes to releases.
• Develops production schedules for products in the manufacturing facility.
• Coordinate with customer shipping and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with customers, team leaders, Quality Engineers, Logistics personnel, etc. to determine daily production requirements.
• Support new product/program launches.
• Assist with maintaining Bill of Materials.
• Formalizes sales and operations planning data.
• Monitor material inventories, track progress of production and reviews factors that affect schedules.
• Parameters drive inventory levels with manufacturing unit.
• Lead improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Complies with all Company Safety policies, procedures and rules.
