Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, social media marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with graphic design and content creation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for composition, typography, and branding.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with dealerships and the marketing team to identify content needs and develop creative solutions.
• Create high-quality still graphics and digital content for social media, dealership websites, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
• Develop graphics for vehicle promotions, sales events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain branding consistency across multiple dealership locations while adapting content to each identity.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, and marketing staff to translate promotions into engaging visuals.
• Help develop and maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of graphics.
• Stay current with social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
• Assist with website content and visual updates as needed.
• Organize and maintain digital assets, templates, logos, photos, and other materials.
• Take direction while bringing original ideas and concepts to the table.
