Job summary

Magna International Inc. in New Hudson, MI, seeks production team members to operate within our Cosma manufacturing environment. You will follow standard work, perform safety checks, and participate in maintenance tasks to keep production flowing efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based setting. Training and development opportunities are provided across the Magna Cosma network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent vocational/trade education in Manufacturing or Production.
• Ability to obtain tugger license and operate tugger safely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Work instructions and Training within Industry standards for each workstation.
• Perform TPM/Daily Care and safety checks as assigned.
• Participate in Preventive Maintenance and cleaning of equipment/machinery.
• Adhere to 5S organization procedures and ensure material is replenished and in its proper place.
• Record inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
