Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road test vehicles as part of a supportive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required.
• Experience in automotive service is a plus.
• Reading, writing, and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and maintain tires.
• Install batteries and shocks and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
