Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Alabama to perform car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, and related tasks with a focus on safety and quality. The role offers full-time hours with overtime potential and a starting wage of $21-$23 per hour, plus weekend and weekday differentials and tool allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years and total driving points not exceeding 8.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• 1 year experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years.
• Must pass background check/MVR and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.
• Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.
• Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required
