Job summary

Bridgestone Americas in Washington is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry‑level role supports automotive service specialists by learning to diagnose and repair basic components, perform scheduled maintenance, and handle tire care.

From day one, you'll receive training with potential ASE certifications, and benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and flexible scheduling. This position offers real growth at a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and must be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive components including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position in which you will be an integral part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles. Pay Range: $15.18 – $22.77
