Bridgestone Retail Operations in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. This entry-level role supports a busy service bay, performing basic vehicle diagnostics and routine maintenance.

The position offers day-one benefits for full- and part-time teammates, on-the-job training, and opportunities to earn ASE certifications. You will work with a supportive team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks you can learn and perform.
• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service is a plus.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and maintain tires.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers; check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is an entry level position in which you will be an integral part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles. Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.

• Road test vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
