Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, conduct routine maintenance and tire services, and help keep vehicles road-ready.

Full- and part-time roles are available with benefits from day one, including on-the-job training, ASE certifications, and a 401(k) match. A valid driver's license is required and previous automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical)
• Must have ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
• Reading, writing and math skills expected

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services
• Install and service tire-related components and batteries
• Install shock absorbers and inspect electrical systems
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and safety
