Job summary

Bridgestone is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will be part of a collaborative organization that services vehicles and supports career growth with day-one benefits and an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities include basic diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, tire care, and road testing. This role offers full-time or part-time options and hands-on training along with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
