Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc.—operating as Firestone Complete Auto Care—seeks a Maintenance Technician in the Nashville area. This entry-level role supports a high-performing team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits starting day one and the option of a tool program discount.

You will diagnose basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and assist with tire-related tasks, contributing to a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is an entry level position in which you will be an integral part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles. Pay Range: $11.88 - $17.82
